I haven't posted in so long it's actually
ridiculous. Reason being because i've never
been so busy in my entire life (up until now)
Luckily for me i had a day off today,
a generous sleep in, some morning tea
and toast and the help of this song
to wake me up... Someone showed me the
original last night and i haven't
stopped listening to either of them
since! So cheers to that.
As for now, I'm heading downstairs to
rent a movie on my apple tv, sounds
rather brilliant :) Just like this song.

the song always has yet now with an intriguing
image to relate the song too. I'm kinda diggin'
these dance moves too, so cleverly choreographed
and awkwardly interesting. Maybe my dance solo can
consists of a few of these shapes, proudly inspired
by The xx themselves. <3

This just makes me want a bike even more, argh!
It's time I stop fantasizing and go on a serous
bicycle hunt, raging every garage sale and vintage
store in melb! Wish me luck x
TORO Y MOI
Chaz Bundick was once the lead singer of the band
The Heist and The Accomplice but has now gone solo
with Toro y moi and has done a superb job at it.
His songs are nothing but amazing and although some
appeal more to me than others, below would have
to be my top three favourites. The pictures above
pretty much explain the best way to listen to
these songs. It worked well for me whilst lying on
warm carpet with my macbook plugged into surround
sound speakers and dimmed lights. His calm voice
against the chilled beats and smooth synths really
deliver an incredibly soothing track. These songs
honestly had the power to doze me off into a light
sleep and clear away all my worries. Just like he
has shown the perfect example of dreamin' on the
grass above...
